Ordering Instructions
There are options available to our customers when purcharsing their ideal embroidered item / garment:

Providing your own item or garment to have embroidery added to it.
If this is your requirement then please use our services under Embroidery (if you are adding a logo, crest, or artwork) or Monogramming (for simple lettering).

Purchasing one of our items or garments, then having embroidery added to it.
If this is your chosen selection, first select your garment or item from our store (Clothing, Home & Garden, Seasonal, Business & Company Image, Professional Work Wear, Sports, Special Occasions, etc) you will then see that each item / garment has options to add an existing logo / artwork or monogramming.
If you require a NEW logo or piece of artwork please ensure you add the Digitizing fee to your shopping cart. You will be presented with an option to upload your artwork to us.
You can also use the 'Request Quote' page to provide us with artwork and gain a custom quotation.

When selecting an item or garment from our store, there are several options available to you, these include the items below. Please review to ensure you select the perfect blend for your shopping cart:

Colour / Size: Use these drop down lists to select the colour and / or size of the item or garment you are purchasing.

Decoration: Use this box to select if you require a monogram (just simple lettering) or a logo / artwork and their size.

Monogram Text Required: Write the exact text that you want to appear as your monogram in this field.
Do not use if you require logo or artwork only.

Monogram Text Colour: Describe the colour of thread you want to be used for you monogram in this field. For examples of text styles and thread colours available please refer to the Monogram option.

Monogram Text Style: Select the font style for your monogram. Additional fonts are available on request.
Do not use if you only require logo or artwork.

Logo Description / Reference: If you already have a logo design or piece of artwork digitized by us that you wish to use again, please enter your design reference or a description here. If you do not yet have a design with us then please add a Design Set-Up / Digitizing option to your shopping cart.
Do not fill in if you only require a monogram.
